Repeat Requests
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the Surgery.
Due to changes within the NHS, we are no longer able to take prescription requests over the telephone. The pharmacies are also unable to take requests over the telephone.
Requests should be made either by using the on-line request form on this website or in writing to the Surgery (use the right-hand side of your prescription for this purpose).
We apologise for any issues this may cause. The change is to reduce the possibility of the wrong medicines being prescribed and dispensed as may drugs have very similar names.
If you are due for a medication review, we may not be able to issue your repeat medication until that review has taken place. Please call the Reception Team on 01274 697600 to make a telephone review appointment with our in-house pharmacist before your next review is due to ensure continuity of service.
