April 2023 Missed Appointments
In April 2023, the practice offered 4314 appointments across the GP's, nurses and allied health professionals. Of these, 100 pre-booked appointments were not attended.
If you are unable to attend a pre-booked appointment please contact the surgery on 01274 697600 to cancel no later than 30 minutes before the appointment is due to start, to give a chance to use that appointment for another patient. Cancellations later than this will be considered as a non-attended appointment. Patients who repeatedly fail to attend pre-booked appointments will be removed from the practice list and will find themselves having to register at another surgery.

During 2022, the practice offered 64,856 appointments across the GP's, nurses and allied health professionals. Of these, 1509 pre-booked appointments were not attended.
During 2021, the practice offered 71 820 appointments across the GP's, nurses and allied health professionals. Of these, 990 pre-booked appointments were not attended.
