Repeat prescriptions take 48 hours to produce (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Requests made after 5.30pm will be carried forward to the next working day.
You may request repeat prescriptions by leaving the right hand side of your last prescription in the box by the entrance door with the items you need clearly marked by ticking the appropriate box.
If you are unable to get to surgery to drop your request off, most local pharmacies offer a collection service. See your local pharmacy for individual details.The practice is unable to take requests for prescriptions either via email nor over the phone. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Patients with computer access can order their repeats on line. To do this, you need to register for a user name and password at the practice. Please note that registering through this web site will not gain access to the repeat screens. User names and passwords will only be given to those attending in person the practice to maintain patient record security.
